Antigenicity

The antigenicity test of gelatin and CTP-containing collagen was performed by the ELISA method by using a rabbit anti-gelatin antiserum. In this test, when the test sample brought decreasing of the binding rate (Bound %), it was determined to have strong antigenicity. As shown in the figure below, CTP-containing collagen kept nearly 100% of binding rate in every antigen concentration level, therefore it suggested it had little antigenicity.
