Allergenicity
CTP-containing collagen hardly reacts to anti-gelatin IgE antibody which is thought to induce gelatin anaphylaxis.
Immune response data of sensitized lymphocyte
It was confirmed that when CTP was injected into abdominal cavity with an adjuvant (we used FCA), it only caused a very low level of activation of lymphocytes. It suggested a high level of safety of CTP.
